Please Note:
The
information on this page pertains to the "Inserter" rebuilding process
ONLY. It is
meant solely to assist in understanding the standards used in inspecting, rebuilding and new parts replacement
through our rebuilding process.
The term "Refurbished" is explained on the glossary of terms page.
A lot of work goes into our “Rebuilt” equipment. Each inserter is rebuilt within the
manufacturer’s specifications and the end product actually
exceeds current standards for rebuilt mailing inserters. The steps we take
involve a complete tear down, cleaning, inspection, parts replacement,
component rebuilds, repainting and testing. The end result is a mechanically
sound and cosmetically attractive system that looks and performs like a new
system.
In order to provide more insight into the extent of work
that goes into each inserter, a listing of the key components that are
addressed have been listed for your review.
